For the list of candidates kindly be reminded that there are two voting categories, major and key. There is a list for each. For a copy of the list of suppliers, please email pasiawards@gmail.com.

Please be reminded that we are voting for the principal as it is their duty to ensure that the distributor is doing his/her job effectively

If you have a supplier that you want to vote for who is not in the list, kindly inform our webmaster Pasi Awards pasiawards@gmail.com and he will have that changed within 48 hours

Guidelines for Void Ballots

Ballots will be considered void if any of the ff happens

·         You vote for a supplier more than once

·         You use the wrong password

·         You vote more than once in a voting period, or submit more than one ballot per month (only the most recent will be counted while the rest will be considered as void ballots)

·         You vote for less than 10 suppliers for each category

·         You were not able to vote for all categories (we have six vote categories and two supplier categories for a total of twelve ballots)

The deadline for voting for the month of September is on October 10, 2010.

·         You can also vote through your email when you receive the email link from PASI Kabalikat Awards

Let your voice be heard and exercise your rights as a qualified PASI Member

 

 

On Voting
1. Assign your voting committee
            A. Either one person or
            B. A committee with a point person   
2. One email per store brand to get one username and password        
            A. One vote per store brand
3. A Googledocs survey will be emailed to you, per category
4. You have to vote ten suppliers per category, for both Major and Key Suppliers
            A. Vote the Principal (Not the Distributor)
5. Retailers will not be allowed to under-vote per category. They will also not be allowed to vote for a supplier more than once for each category. Under-voting or repeat voting will result in the disqualification of the entire vote form.
6. Votes will be weighted according to rank. A ranking of 1 will equate to 10 points and a ranking of 10 will garner 1 point.
            A. There will be 3 awards per category: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.  The suppliers who receive the most overall points at the end of the voting term will win the Top Three overall awards.  There will no longer be a division between major and key suppliers for the overall awards as all suppliers will compete for the overall awards.
 
Voting schedule
1. At the end of each month, retailers will receive an e-mail with a Googledocs link.
2. Votes have to be submitted on or before the 10th day of each month.  Votes cast after the 10th will be disregarded.
3. The voting term begins September and ends one month before the PASI conference.  The awarding ceremony will be held on the succeeding PASI conference.
 
Rewards for perfect voting

1. Each complete and timely submission of a voting form will garner one coupon. These coupons will be used for a raffle exclusive to PASI Kabalikat Awards voters.  Retailers who do not vote will not be allowed participate in this raffle.
